The hotel is clean and centrally located, although the pool was closed during our visit. I appreciated its dog-friendly policy without compromising cleanliness. The free breakfast had a nice variety, especially the waffle maker! I would be cautious about cleanliness based on past experiences.

The bathroom was also quite large for a budget hotel. I appreciated the friendly staff and the reasonable prices, not to mention the convenience of having a McDonald's right next door. The outdoor pool was a nice bonus for relaxing and allowed the kids to enjoy some fun in the sun.

The personnel was very helpful and attentive. the location was perfect - just off the shops, restaurants, grocery store, and Courtenay marina. - There is a nice walking trail that follows the shore nearby.

I had fine days staying at this budget hotel. The venue was a relaxing base for enjoying a pretty comfortable area, close to restaurants, the terminal. I was upgraded to a recently refurbished and bright room with on-site breakfast. The staff was accommodating and exceptional and made me feel at home.

the breakfast was free for healthy plant based diet, there were fresh breads, cereals and hot waffles. the hotel was in a magnificent location right by grocery store and many restaraunts and restaurants and the sid williams theatre. had tea and goodies at caffe amantes, nestled 1 mi of the property.
